Milkshake Week continues and I’m still buzzing from all the delicious shakes! I’m excited to share this simple cappuccino milkshake recipe. It was inspired by a mini cappuccino shake I enjoyed at Outback. I suspected they used instant cappuccino powder, so I decided to recreate it at home—and it turned out fantastic.
Milkshakes often feel like a special treat you order out, but they’re surprisingly easy to make at home if you have a good blender and the right ingredients. This version uses instant French vanilla cappuccino powder, but you can swap in other instant coffee flavors like mocha if you prefer.

This shake takes only seconds to blend and delivers a smooth, coffee-kissed flavor without brewing any fresh coffee. It’s perfect for a summer pick-me-up or an after-dinner treat.

This recipe is easy and reliable—no coffee machine needed. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
