- 4 cups broccoli crowns
- 2 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
- 1 tsp Hungarian paprika
- 1 tsp Aleppo pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp coarse sea salt
- 1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic nuggets or minced garlic
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 450°F (high).
- Toss the broccoli crowns in a large bowl with the oil and seasonings until evenly coated.
- Place the broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, opening the air fryer every 5 minutes to gently toss the broccoli for even browning.
- Broccoli is done when the crowns are lightly browned and crispy and the stems are tender to your liking.
